Burtville has announced that it has begun handing over residential units at its Ville 11 project in Masdar City after receiving a building completion certificate from Abu Dhabi’s Department of Municipalities and Transport.
The certificate was issued recently allowing Burtville to begin handovers 14-months ahead of the project’s contractual completion date of September 30, 2027, it said.
The development comprises 111 residential units, including apartments, duplexes and triplex residences. The company has now begun handing over the homes to buyers, allowing owners to take possession of their properties substantially earlier than anticipated.
The early completion further strengthens Burtville’s reputation for delivering on its promises and reflects its disciplined approach to project management, quality control and construction excellence, stated the developer.
According to the latest progress data published on the DARI platform, Burtville’s wider development portfolio also continues to outperform scheduled timelines.
“In Yas Bay, Bab Al Qasr Residence 25 is progressing 1% ahead of schedule, while Bab Al Qasr Residence 31 is 3% ahead. In Masdar City, Bab Al Qasr Resort Residence 18 is progressing 3% ahead, while Ville 12 and Bab Al Qasr Garden Residence 66 are each 4% ahead of schedule,” said a spokesman for Burtville.
“Meanwhile, Bab Al Qasr Canal View 22 in Al Raha Beach is progressing 13% ahead of schedule, with the company’s remaining developments continuing on track in line with their approved delivery timelines,” he stated.
