ROCHESTER, N.Y. — We’re working to learn more about a police investigation off of Smith Street, near Vincent Street, on Sunday afternoon.
When our photojournalist went to the scene, he found the nearby trail area blocked off with crime tape, along with two Rochester police cars.
This is near the Smith Street Bridge.
