ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The man accused of a deadly hit-and-run that killed a beloved Rochester bar doorman is due in Monroe County Court Friday morning for his sentencing.
Yas-Pena is charged with manslaughter and leaving the scene of a deadly crash. Police say he was driving drunk last June when his car hit Hank Brown on South Union Street.
