ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Police arrested an 18-year-old man after a burglary on Palm Street Tuesday night.
Officers were called to a house around 10 p.m. The victim said he was sitting in a car in the driveway when a masked person walked up and started asking about buying marijuana.
The victim said he scared the person off and ran into the house, but then heard multiple people inside run out the back door.
Officers at the scene say they saw Troy Owens, 18, running from the back of the house. Police arrested him a few houses down and recovered a loaded AR-15 on him.
Owens is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday morning in Rochester City Court. He faces the following charges:
