GREECE, N.Y. — Shawn Warnick is expected in court on Tuesday for his arraignment on manslaughter charges.
A grand jury indicted Warnick last week in connection with the deadly beating of Timothy Carlton in Greece. Greece police found Carlton, 53, unconscious with life-threatening injuries on Wood Road last month.
Carlton later died at the hospital.
Warnick was initially charged with assault, but now faces manslaughter charges because the victim died from his injuries.

According to the Monroe County Inmate Census, Warnick also violated his probation from a previous misdemeanor offense.
