ROCHESTER, N.Y. — On Sunday, around 11:45 a.m., Rochester police responded to Lyell Avenue, near Sunset Street, for reported harassment that involved someone being pepper sprayed.
Police report that an argument happened at a nearby gas station, leading to the suspect pepper spraying a 51-year-old woman. The spray then travelled into a nearby car that had a 31-year-old woman and a 1-year-old child inside, police explained.
The three victims were treated and released by responders, and police say the investigation is ongoing.
