Fox’s fall TV season is jam-packed with hits shows returning with more episodes.
Best Medicine is coming back for season 2 on Tuesday, September 21. The show follows a doctor who moves from Boston to a small practice in the East Coast fishing village where he vacationed as a child.
In addition to Josh Charles, the cast includes Josh Segarra, Abigail Spencer, Cree Cicchino, Annie Potts, Didi Conn, Clea Lewis, Stephen Spinella, Jason Veasey, Cindy De La Cruz, John DiMaggio, Carter Shimp and dog Wattson.
“The way that [executive producer] Liz Tuccillo has structured the show, every episode we have a great star come on and they get to do something delightful — and maybe something you’ve never seen them do before,” Spencer exclusively told Us in January 2026. “I would say what I particularly loved about the show was that it is a great opportunity for some of our more seasoned actors in the community.”

She continued: “There’s a lot of roles across ages where I’m like, ‘God, we could get so many great actors to come.’ I loved that.”
On the reality TV front, Special Forces is back and as star-studded as ever. Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville will join Jon & Kate Plus 8 alum Collin Gosselin and Selling Sunset’s Bre Tiesi in Malaysia in hopes of completing demanding training exercises led by an elite team of ex-special forces operatives.
Actress Candace Cameron Bure, former politician George Santos and actor Oliver Hudson are some of the other stars who will also roll up their sleeves as they are tested physically, mentally and emotionally.
