Active winds are forecast to affect parts of the Riyadh, Jazan, Asir, Makkah, Najran, the Northern Borders, Hail, and Al-Qassim regions, while dust-raising winds are expected over parts of the Eastern Province, the Northern Borders, Hail, Al-Qassim, Makkah, and Najran.
