ROCHESTER, N.Y. — More than 1,900 current and former Denny’s employees in Western New York are eligible for part of a $440,000 settlement.
New York Attorney General Letitia James announced the settlement with Reveille Management and Top Line Restaurants, operators of 23 Denny’s locations in the region. Investigators found workers weren’t paid extra wages required under state law for shifts over 10 hours.
The franchises must also update policies and report compliance for three years.
The Attorney General’s Office said several of the locations are in and around Rochester.
