The rabid right had owned the narrative for a long time. Even during the World Cup, I heard many tut-tutting about having black players in England’s team. But we progressives knew reality would beat bigotry every time. And so it has with The Odyssey. The people love it. Musk does not own our heads and hearts. We make up our own minds. He must be apoplectic. Relish that. And stay free.
