ROCHESTER, N.Y. — City leaders celebrated the installation of the Rochester Fire Department’s newest digital messaging board on Monday.
The digital board was installed at the Lyell Avenue firehouse, aiming to get messages out to community members who walk or drive by. The fire department and community organizations will share information using the board.
Mayor Malik Evans and Fire Chief Stefano Napalitano joined the celebration for the installation.
