ROCHESTER, N.Y. — On Saturday, around 7:45 a.m., Rochester police responded to Strong Street after getting a report of dogs attacking their owners. Two people were later taken to the hospital.
When officers got to the scene, they found a man, 52, and a woman, 67, both from Rochester, with multiple injuries from the dog attacks at the scene, police say.
The victims were taken to Strong Memorial hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, police added.
Animal Control was called and later removed the adult dogs involved, and police report that Animal Control will speak with the owners.
