The new film sees Oscar-nominated superstar Timothée Chalamet reprise his role as the protagonist, Paul Atreides, one final time, with the character now the tyrannical emperor of the known universe, as his Fremen followers wage war across the universe.
The new trailer - which follows the first earlier this year - also focuses on the return of an old face - with Jason Momoa returning from Part One as Hayt, a reimagined version of Paul's old swordmaster, Duncan Idaho.
The film also sees the return of Javier Bardem as Fremen leader Stilgar, Charlotte Rampling as stern Bene Gesserit Reverend Mother Gaius Helen Mohiam, and Rebecca Ferguson as Paul and Alia's scheming mother, Lady Jessica, last of whom is absent here.
