Companies using GigSafe’s compliance and payments platform built for regulated delivery and logistics operators can now make payments within the platform.
This capability is enabled by GigSafe’s adoption of U.S. Bank’s embedded payment solutions, which allow payments to occur seamlessly within the company’s existing platform, U.S. Bank said in a Tuesday (June 23) press release.
The industries that use the company’s platform include medical courier, pharmaceutical and clinical trial transport, according to the release.
One of the features delivered by the new integration is push-to-card functionality, which will allow GigSafe’s customers to deliver payouts directly to drivers’ eligible cards, per the release.

U.S. Bank’s embedded payment solutions support a broad range of payment types, including instant payments, while allowing companies to retain ownership of the end-user experience, per the release.
“For today’s delivery workforce, getting paid instantly is an expectation,” Joe Voica, head of embedded payments at U.S. Bank, said in the release. “By embedding instant payment capabilities directly into GigSafe’s platform, we’re helping delivery companies pay drivers immediately after work is completed, while maintaining the security, compliance and financial controls that come with a bank-led solution.”
