CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. — Precious Arzuaga is expected to change her plea from not guilty to guilty in the Sam Nordquist murder case.
Sam Nordquist’s mother, Linda Nordquist, told News10NBC that Arzuaga will change her plea Friday morning in Ontario County Court. Arzuaga faces nearly a dozen charges including murder, kidnapping and torture.
Investigators say Sam was tortured at Patty’s Lodge before being dumped in a Yates County field. News10’s Kristi Blake spoke with Linda Nordquist about a phone call she had with Ontario County District Attorney James Nobles.
“He was busy all day long making phone calls and talking to the defense team and and whatnot and making sure that everything you know was legit and this is what’s happening,” Linda Nordquist said. “And he said that she was going to change her, plead not guilty to guilty on all charges.”
Another defendant, Emily Motyka, accepted a plea deal earlier this month.
