In clips captured by Billboard from the Tight Ends & Friends concert on Tuesday (June 23) in Nashville, the pop superstar and country hitmaker command the stage together at The Pinnacle while belting out Swift’s 2008 Fearless smash, which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2009. Wearing a strapless black dress with sparkly silver trim climbing up from the bottom hem, Swift strikes a pose and wiggles the diamond on her left hand at the cheering crowd while singing the line, “He knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring.”
Before the 14-time Grammy winner had walked on stage, Wilson — who was the featured surprise performer at this year’s TEU concert — introduced her duet partner with a sweet bit of praise. “She is just as kind as she is talented,” the Louisiana native said. “Welcome to the stage, my friend Taylor Swift.”
The show comes one day after TEU kicked off with an evening gathering, which Swift attended alongside her fiancé for the second year in a row. Kelce founded the annual event with George Kittle and Greg Olsen to bring together the NFL’s tight ends and raise money for charity.
Fans had been wondering if Swift would take the stage at some point during the 2026 showcase, as she’d previously surprised the crowd at last year’s TEU with an impromptu performance of “Shake It Off.”
“[She] just went out there without practicing, and it was pitch-perfect,” later Kelce gushed of on New Heights of the 2025 surprise.
