The all-civilian version of the Peacock competition, which will see Tip Toe star Alan Cumming return as host, is set to premiere on Thursday 17 September at 8pm ET/ PT with a two-hour episode.
The show will follow 22 everyday Americans – selected from over 60,000 hopeful applicants – as they enter Ardross Castle in Scotland and work together on a series of missions to build a prize pot of up to $250,000.
For the uninitiated, the logline reads: "Hidden amongst the Faithful are the Traitors, whose goal is to eliminate the Faithful and claim the prize for themselves.
"If at the end of the game the remaining Faithful contestants have banished all the Traitors, they share the prize fund, but if a Traitor (or Traitors) is still among them, they win all the money."
Season 4 aired in the States earlier this year, featuring a variety of famous faces including Love Island's Maura Higgins and Rob Rausch.
The new season recently became available to watch in the UK on BBC iPlayer.
