Deputies responded to Genesee Street in York on Wednesday night for reports of erratic driving and found a car in a ditch. The driver, Nancy Kolb, was arrested.

Investigators say a breathalyzer test showed her blood alcohol content was 0.22%.

Because a 10-year-old and 12-year-old were in the car, the arrest is a felony under Leandra’s Law.
