GATES, N.Y. — A woman is accused of physically abusing five children at an unlicensed daycare at her home in Gates.
A Monroe County grand jury indicted Casey Raetz, 31, charging her with seven counts of assault and six counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Gates Police arrested her on Tuesday.
Investigators say the victims were all younger than seven. At the arraignment, a judge issued Raetz no-contact orders of protection for all the victims. Raetzis is being held on $300,000 bail or $900,000 bond.
She’s scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 18.
