ROCHESTER, N.Y. — This week on Rochester in Focus, we revisited some interviews, digging deeper into interviewee stories and events you might’ve seen. We talked with the Co-founders of the Wait With You Foundation. Then, we chatted with the program coordinator for Relatives Raising Children. After that, it was a conversation with the president of ESL Federal Credit Union. Finally, an interview with the owner of Too Pretty To Eat.
Co-founders of the Wait With You Foundation, Morgan and Mike Tota, created an organization that aims to help pregnant women deal with the struggles of childbirth while in hospitals. Morgan Tota shared her personal experiences when she was pregnant. She also discusses plans for the cause.
Linda James is the program coordinator for Relatives Raising Children. News10’s Lynette Adams asked James about her personal journey raising children, and her motivations. James helps people navigate the struggles of raising children.
Lynette talked with the new president and CEO of ESL Federal Credit Union, Tom Rogers. He talked about his backstory and what led him to where he is now. The interview also includes how ESL chooses its CEOs and the company’s backstory.
We also visited Shameika Ellis, the owner of Too Pretty To Eat. Ellis mentioned her challenges of running the business over the past eight years. Ellis also explained the backstory of her business’s location on West Ridge Road.
