Among those joining the film are Say Nothing's Ryan McParland, Game of Thrones's Alfie Allen, EastEnders's Ben Hardy, The Brutalist's Stacy Martin, He’s Watching You's Nicole Elizabeth Berger and The Gorge's Oliver Trevena.
The synopsis for the film says: "In December 1926, at the height of her fame, Agatha Christie became front-page news when she vanished in bizarre circumstances from her home.
"In a case of life imitating art, this whodunnit explores the investigation behind her disappearance, strangely resembling an Agatha Christie novel itself where everyone in her life became a suspect."
The circumstances surrounding Christie's disappearance for a matter of days have never been fully uncovered. Some have suggested it was due to memory loss as a result of a car crash, while others have suggested she entered a "fugue" state brought on by trauma.
The film comes from director Bertie Ellwood (Silo) and writer Ernesto Foronda (Better Luck Tomorrow), and is based on the book Agatha Christie and the Eleven Missing Days by Jared Cade.
Meanwhile, another Christie adaptation, Netflix's Agatha Christie's Seven Dials, was released earlier this year (also starring Bluemel) and there are plenty of other screen versions of her works on the way.
