CANISTEO, N.Y. — Three people were arrested today on animal cruelty charges in Steuben County.
The suspects were taken into custody in Canisteo. They’re accused of not providing proper food, water or sanitation for two dogs in their home on County Route 29.
All three were released on appearance tickets. The dogs are now getting emergency treatment at the Hornell Humane Society.
