ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A weak cold front will descend upon the region today, bringing some morning clouds and some brief passing drizzles. It will also bring cooler air with today’s highs only reaching the mid 60s. A northerly breeze will keep the lakeshore cooler. Clouds will clear out this afternoon however, so not a bad day overall.
Tomorrow temperatures will rise back up to normal and sunshine will be abundant, then a low pressure system to the east will bring another cold front in the evening, bringing more chances for showers and a decent afternoon breeze. Behind that front comes cool air and some clouds once again for Saturday, before temperatures rise again and sunshine returns for Sunday.
We should stay overall drier than normal for the first half of next week before some showers arrive for the second half. Temperatures are expected to stay near normal through the rest of the week, before rising slightly above normal the next week.
Stay tuned for updates on the forecast.
