ROCHESTER, N.Y. — On Friday, around 10:25 p.m., Rochester police responded to Orange Street for a report of a person shot. According to police, the victim has life-threatening injuries.
When police got to the scene, officers say they found a 21-year-old Rochester woman, who was shot in the upper body.
Orange Street, between Walnut and Grape streets, has been shut down due to the investigation.
The victim was then taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, police added.
Police mentioned that no suspects are in custody.
