First, guests must be at least 21 years of age (duh) and have a Busch Gardens Membership or be an Annual Pass or Military Pass Holder, according to the press release. Then, they'll have to visit the park (more specifically, Serengeti Overlook at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Willkommenhaus restaurant in Busch Gardens Williamsburg) between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. from May 22 through Aug. 9 to enjoy the refreshing deal.
