PERINTON, N.Y. — Power has been restored in Perinton after wires came down at an intersection earlier Monday night.
A News10NBC photojournalist was at the corner of Fairport and Baird roads as drivers tried to get through the intersection without working traffic lights. An RG&E spokeswoman said around 130 customers were without power, but the majority had the lights back on in less than five minutes.
One of the customers it seemed to impact the most was the Abbots Frozen Custard stand, which closed early.
