ROCHESTER, N.Y. — People in Rochester gathered at City Hall Thursday for an open forum with the City Council.
The biggest discussion of the night was whether to sell the former RCSD Schools 20 and 29 to local charter schools. People on both sides of the argument took the podium.
News10NBC spoke with several neighbors last week, and the majority told us they’d rather have schools in those buildings than housing.
