Who got voted off on Survivor 50 tonight?

Rick Devens
The way Rick Devens describes it, in a different world, he wouldn't have been on Survivor 50 in the first place. So, when he was picked to be a part of the landmark season, it was with a clear head, feeling he was just grateful for the opportunity to get to play again. That didn't mean he didn't have his eyes on the prize, though. In fact, Rick spent the first half of his game staving away his worst temptations, choosing to instead let down his walls and build relationships instead of going mad with idols and Tribal Council shenanigans. That changed, however, in the course of one night. Feeling the heat, Rick reached into the fire and the flames (literally), procuring a fake idol he had hidden there weeks ago. While he survived the night, suddenly he found himself a familiar position: Public enemy number one. But, if anything, being on the bottom made him even more eager to take big swings. And he took arguably the biggest of the season when he took up the offer to flip a coin and face the possibility of instant elimination. In one of the highlights of the season, a single risk with a coin added quite the amount of coin to the prize fund. Unfortunately, Rick wouldn't be able to collect the money he had just earned. After using up his idols and not winning immunity, it was time for the newscaster to sign off. Some of his final words were, "I always feel lucky," indicative of not only his good fortune in the game, but also the gratitude he had with every step in the sand — or look up at the stars.

Yes! Knowing his goose was likely cooked, Rick played his Shot in the Dark (the last time it could be used in the game). Unfortunately, for the fourth time this season, the Shot didn't hit, setting up Rick's unanimous boot at the Final Seven.
The Fan Favorite Award returns — courtesy of Sia!
As Jeff Probst announced during a commercial break in this episode, there is one more fan vote happening this season. The "Fan Favorite" award is returning for the first time since Season 26, giving one lucky player $100,000 courtesy of a popular vote. And the prize is in honor of Sia, as the pop star has given over a million dollars to Survivor players over the years from her personal account. The winner will be announced at next week's live finale and reunion.
