ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are asking for help finding a boy, 13, who ran away from a residential facility on Monroe Avenue and may need medical help.

Officers say Owen Burdick is about 5 foot 7 and was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and green pants. They learned he was missing after responding to the facility just after midnight and speaking with staff.

Police are asking anyone with information that can help to find Owen to call 911.
