ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC’s Lynette Adams sat down with several community leaders for Rochester in Focus, including the new president and CEO of ESL Federal Credit Union. She then talked with a couple who created a new foundation. After that, she talked with the program coordinator of Relatives Raising Children. The last interview is with the executive producer of the 128th annual Lilac Festival.
New CEO and president of ESL talks about his vision for the company
ESL Federal Credit Union President Tom Rogers succeeded Faheem Masood, who retired in April. Rogers shared his vision for the organization, founded by George Eastman in 1920.

Husband and wife talk about their new foundation, aiming to help pregnant moms during prolonged pregnancies
Lynette also spoke with Morgan Tota and her husband, Mike, about a new foundation they created after a pregnancy complication landed Morgan in the hospital for weeks before the birth of their fourth child. The organization is called the Wait With You Foundation, and in just one year, they’ve reached out to help other moms who’ve been stuck in the hospital before giving birth.

Program coordinator for Lifespan’s Relatives Raising Children program talks about an upcoming event
Linda James runs Lifespan’s program, Relatives Raising Children. She stopped by to talk about the program, the support it offers, and a free event happening this weekend for caregivers. The program helps people raise their grandchildren after raising their own children, or raising their siblings, or even a neighbor.
