The JoBros executive produced the third installment alongside Camp Rock co-star and longtime friend Demi Lovato. Directed by Veronica Rodriguez, the film picks up 15 years after Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam and introduces a brand-new class of campers. Lovato spoke about her EP role on the Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce podcast. "We are making way for the new generation to shine their light as bright as they are," she said. "And it's just really exciting to see a new generation step into the footsteps of us."
"Camp Rock is an important part of the Disney Channel Original Movie legacy, with unforgettable music, energetic storytelling, and characters that live in the hearts of fans to this day," Ayo Davis, President of Disney Branded Television, said in a press release announcing the project. "Bringing it back with Kevin, Joe, Nick and Demi is such a full-circle moment, and we can't wait to reintroduce this world to a new generation."

Who is in the 'Camp Rock 3' cast?
Joe, Nick and Kevin Jonas are reprising their roles as members of Connect 3—Shane Gray, Nate Gray and Jason Gray, respectively. Wizards of Waverly Place actress Maria Canals-Barrera is also back as Mitchie's mom, Connie Torres. According to Rodriguez, Connie has "a bigger role" in the third installment. Joy Ride and Good Trouble alum Sherry Cola is also joining the franchise as Lark.
