The Arizona Cardinals announced the team has signed rookie receiver Reggie Virgil, linebacker Karson Sharar and offensive lineman Jayden Williams to rookie contracts on Thursday.
All three players signed four-year contracts.
Virgil was the Cardinals’ fifth-round (No. 143 overall) pick out of Texas Tech. Sharar was taken in the sixth round (No. 183 overall) out of Iowa, and Williams was Arizona’s seventh round pick (No. 217 overall) out of Ole Miss.
Other Cardinals roster moves
Arizona also released wide receiver Andre Baccellia and placed offensive lineman Valentin Senn on the team’s exempt/international player list on Thursday.
Baccellia has been on and off the Cardinals’ practice squad since 2021 and played during the 2025 season before finishing the year on injured reserve.
