DOG BARKING: Caller in the 700 block of Orr Street reported at 6:39 a.m. Feb. 5 that a dog in a silver car parked nearby had been barking all night and requested a welfare check. An officer responded, reported that the dog was fine and that a note was left for the owner. MAN ASLEEP IN BATHROOM: Caller at Safeway on South State Street reported at 7:45 a.m. Feb. 5 that a man was asleep in the bathroom.
