LEROY, N.Y. — Around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, the LeRoy Fire District said they responded to West Bergen and Griswold roads for a car and semi-truck accident. Responders later had to pull the driver from the car.
The driver of the semi had minor injuries and was taken to the United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia, while the driver of the car was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, LFD reported.
LFD said the Bergen Fire Department, Genesee County Office of Emergency Management, LeRoy Police Department, New York State Police, and the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the scene.
