He stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two countries in development, economic and investment areas, and of attracting more investments into the field of electricity and renewable energy.

For his part, the French ambassador said Egypt is a pivotal and strategic destination for French investments, highlighting the depth and strength of historical ties between Cairo and Paris.
He added French companies are keen to establish new investments in Egypt, with several new projects expected in the coming period, particularly in modern technologies, clean energy and renewable energy.
