ROCHESTER, N.Y. – As a low-pressure system crosses the lower Great Lakes, western New York will stay under cloudy skies with steady rain showers throughout Saturday. A stationary front through Pennsylvania will further enhance widespread rain showers and overcast conditions through the afternoon and evening. Completely overcast skies will keep Saturday’s high temperatures in the 40s with a forecasted high of 47 degrees. Winds stay out of the east/southeast between 10 and 20 mph. Occasional gusts of 25 to 30 mph are possible, especially closer to the southern shore of Lake Ontario.

This coming week starts off very nice with temperatures in the 60s both Monday and Tuesday. Monday will feature plenty of sunshine.
