ONTARIO N.Y. — A Town of Ontario man was arrested after investigators found four illegal guns and suspected drugs at his home, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office said.
Wayne County Probation told the Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit on the afternoon of April 15 that Lance E. Plaza-Pierce was believed to have multiple illegal guns and was selling drugs from his home on Cortland Drive. Plaza-Pierce was on probation at the time.
Investigators got a search warrant for the home. During the search, they found four guns, high-capacity magazines, ammunition of multiple calibers, suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Plaza-Pierce was arrested April 15 and taken to the Wayne County Jail on a probation violation. He was charged Friday with four counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
Plaza-Pierce is being held at the Wayne County Jail. He appeared at CAP arraignment Friday evening to answer to the charges.
