ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Rochester man has been arrested after prosecutors say he produced and received child pornography and enticed a minor.
Kenneth Tootle, 37, has been arrested and charged by criminal complaint with production of child pornography, enticement of a minor, and receipt of child pornography.
According to the criminal complaint, on January 18, Rochester Police got a report from a mother that she found disturbing messages between her seven-year-old daughter and Tootle. The complaint says the messages included sexually explicit photos and videos.
Tootle made an initial appearance in front of a judge Thursday afternoon and was held pending a detention hearing Monday.
