It’s unclear if Gueye will actually earn minutes in any of Chicago’s final three contests this week. The tanking Bulls play a back-to-back slate of games Thursday and Friday, before wrapping up their miserable season in Dallas against potential Rookie of the Year Cooper Flagg on Sunday.
Across 34 G League regular season contests with the Windy City Bulls in Hoffman Estates, Gueye has been averaging 15.9 points on .499/.325/.697 shooting splits, 7.5 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.4 blocks and 0.8 steals a night.

Gueye did play for the Toronto Raptors briefly, cameoing in 11 games in between stints with Toronto’s G League squad, the Raptors 905. Across those 11 games, he averaged 2.4 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.6 blocks, and 0.5 assists.
Last season, he played for the Washington Wizards’ G League team, the Capital City Go-Go.
Gueye had played for the Bulls on an Exhibit 10 training camp deal during the preseason, but was waived in October.
Chicago next squares off against the Washington Wizards on Thursday night. The Bulls are incredibly depleted in the frontcourt. Jalen Smith, Nick Richards, and Zach Collins are all out of commission. Gueye might actually see some scant minutes!
