CLYDE, N.Y. — News10NBC obtained the criminal complaints against two Clyde parents accused of physically abusing their 6-week-old twins for at least a month.

Cameron Douglas, the father, is accused of abusing the babies for at least a whole month. Brittany Spicer, the mother, is accused of doing nothing to get the babies medical care.
The documents show the alleged abuse lasted from Feb. 16 through March 15. Both babies suffered from brain bleeds and broken bones.
Spicer was released after arraignment. Douglas is still in the Wayne County Jail. Both parents now have a full stay-away order for the twins.
We previously spoke to Wayne County Sheriff Robert Milby and Assistant District Attorney Claudia Dobbins about the case, who both said it was shocking.
“In my 30 plus years of police work, you know, we get fairly confident or complacent in our time thinking we have seen it all, and you know like I said, this one shocks the conscience. It’s a good thing that these children were brought to medical attention, they’re right where they need to be now. And we hope and pray for the best for them,” said Milby.
