The Arizona Cardinals hosted pass rushers David Bailey (Texas Tech) and Arvell Reese (Ohio State) for top 30 visits, according to multiple reports.
Bailey met with the Cardinals a week after the NFL Draft Combine, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo. The pass rusher also met with the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs.
It’s unclear when Reese met with the franchise. The hybrid linebacker also visited the New York Jets, Tennessee Titans, New York Giants, Chiefs and Cowboys, Rapoport adds.
Both are expected to go in the top 10 of the first round this NFL Draft.
In the Arizona Sports Mock Draft Tracker, Bailey has been linked to the Cardinals 34 times, the second-most of any prospect this draft cycle. Miami offensive tackle Francis Mauigoa leads the way by a wide margin with 73.

Reese isn’t that far behind Bailey, sitting third with 29.
In terms of pure pass rusher, Bailey has the advantage, especially coming off a career year highlighted by 14.5 sacks and 19.5 tackles for loss.
Reese, meanwhile, views himself as a pass rusher, though has played both inside and outside linebacker for the Buckeyes.
He brings with him a ton of versatility, but where exactly would he fit best at the next level? That’s the big question that must have an answer if the Cardinals opt for the Ohio State alum, especially given the previous regime’s track record of properly utilizing versatile linebackers.
