CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. — A Bloomfield man is accused of having sexual conversations with a child over social media.
Canandaigua police say from December to March, Devin Clutter had multiple sexual conversations with a 13-year-old over social media. The 39-year-old is charged with disseminating indecent material to a minor, attempting to disseminate indecent material and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say more charges are pending. Clutter was released under pre-trial supervision.
