According to authorities, the U.S. Marshals Service located 20-year-old Isaiah Andrews in St. Louis, Missouri on Wednesday. Andrews, who is from Seattle, Washington suburb of Kent, was taken into custody without incident.
Along with the warrant for homicide, Andrews was also being held on local charges and a juvenile warrant out of Sacramento.
