BRIGHTON, N.Y. — “Broadway in Brighton” is back for a fourth year. The OFC Creations Theatre Center on Winton Place has revealed this season’s lineup of six Broadway musicals, starting with the production of “Hairspray” in September and October.
This year’s musicals will feature Hollywood actors and Tony Award nominees from across the country, along with local performers. Eric Johnson, executive director of OFC Creations, says he’s excited for the theater to continue to grow its audience.
“The shows have just grown and grown over the years, and we’re trying to give the audiences what they want. They ask for a certain show, and we try to make it happen or try to find something unique that maybe they haven’t seen before,” he said.
