Short broke the previous Pro Series Record of a 14:52.56 set back in 2008 by Peter Vanderkaay.
Just last night, Short broke his own Pro Series Record in the men’s 800 free as he swam to a 7:40.98 in the 800 free. That broke his own PSS record.
Short has been as fast as 14:37.28, a time which he swam to win bronze at the 2023 World Championships. See how his splits from tonight compared to his best time.
