CAMPBELL — Crews on Monday battled a two-alarm fire at an apartment complex in Campbell, fire officials said.

The blaze broke out around 1 p.m. in the 400 block of Kuehnis Drive, according to the Santa Clara County Fire Department. Residents were evacuated, and roads in the area were closed.

Crews knocked down the fire around 1:45 p.m., fire officials said.

There were no injuries, but residents in eight units were displaced “due to fire damage to exterior windows,” the fire department said in a social media post. The Red Cross is assisting the residents.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
