SeaWorld San Diego will add a concert series to the mix of global culinary dishes and cultural entertainment when the Seven Seas Food Fest returns to the marine animal park with more than 150 menu items and seven stages of live entertainment and music.
The Seven Seas Food Festival will run on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Friday, Feb. 27 to April 26 at SeaWorld San Diego.

SeaWorld San Diego Executive Chef Zuric Ramirez and his culinary term have created a new menu featuring signature dishes like Cubano sandwiches, spicy poke bowls, fried Spam musubi, braised meatballs, sinigang chicken wings, Cherry Coke short ribs, escargot puff pastries, mango bread pudding, Dubai strawberry cups and Alfajor cookies.
More than two dozen festival huts will serve foods influenced by Italian, French, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Polynesian, Brazilian, South American, Asian, Irish, Antarctican, Cuban, Mexican and Californian cuisines.

(Courtesy of SeaWorld)The festival will lean into San Diego craft beers from local breweries including Karl Strauss, Stone, Ballast Point, Coronado, AleSmith, Mike Hess, Harland, Pizza Port, Societe, Abnormal, Belching Beaver and Mother Earth.
Wines will be sourced from Italy, France, Portugal and California.

The cocktail and mocktail lineup will include drinks imported from Mexico, Nigeria, South Africa, Spain and Switzerland.
Seven Seas Savor & Sip Sampler Cards will be available for $65 (8 items) or $75 (12 items). SeaWorld San Diego season passholders get 15 items for $75.

The headliner lineup will include Fitz and the Tantrums (March 14), The Band Perry (March 21), Walker Hayes (April 18) and Phillip Phillips (April 25).

The Fitz and the Tantrums indie pop band had hits with “HandClap,” “Out of My League,” “The Walker,” “MoneyGrabber” and “Fool.”
The Band Perry country pop trio is known for hits like “If I Die Young,” “Better Dig Two,” “All Your Life” and “Done.”

Folk pop singer/songwriter and “American Idol” winner Phillip Phillips had hits with “Home,” “Gone, Gone, Gone” and “Raging Fire.”

All of the Saturday night shows in the Bayside Amphitheater concert series start at 6 p.m. General admission seats are included with park admission on a first come basis. A limited number of reserved seats will be available for $25 to $70.
