ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man is scheduled to be sentenced on Thursday morning in a deadly hit-and-run that happened on Lexington Avenue back on Aug. 9.
Jordyn Green, 21, is due in Monroe County Court. Rochester Police say he fled the scene after hitting 64-year-old Moung No as No was walking. No died from his injuries days later. RPD says it found the car that hit No on Allendale Street.
Green turned himself in to police on Aug. 20 and was charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death. He faces up to seven years in prison.
