ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The clipper system has passed through and left 1-2 inches of snow overnight, leading to some slushy conditions on the roads. Take it easy if roads have not been treated. Temperatures will rise above freezing today but a cold front will bring breezy winds and a mix of rain and snow showers.
Tomorrow more snow showers are likely with much colder temperatures. Wind will calm down however, and it should be less cloudy at times. Overall snow accumulations will be 1-2 inches from today through tomorrow. A great chance to see some sun on Friday as temperatures get back to the 40 degree mark. Milder air continues Saturday, then Sunday yet another collapse in temperatures back to the 20s with snow showers to usher in the month of March. In like a lion as they say…
