ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a parolee accused of leading police on a chase that ended with a woman pinned under an RTS bus.

The New York State Department of Corrections said parole officers are actively searching for the suspect, David Robinson.
Once Robinson is apprehended, he will face a preliminary parole revocation hearing followed by a final hearing. A judge will then decide whether to revoke his parole.
State police said Robinson refused to stop for troopers, leading them on a chase that ended at Clifford and Hudson avenues. During the pursuit, State Police say Robinson crashed into an RTS bus, which then hit a woman on the sidewalk.
The woman, identified as Tiffany Brown, was last reported to be in guarded condition at the hospital. News10NBC is working to get an update on her condition.
